1. Service Description

CleanSlides provides tools to remove watermarks from PDF documents that you own or have the right to modify. Our service includes:

• PDF watermark removal
• Video generation from slides (coming soon)
• Script extraction and text-to-speech (coming soon)

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CleanSlides. By using our service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

By using CleanSlides, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You own the content you upload, or have explicit permission to modify it
• You will not use our service to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• You will not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our service

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your files. Uploaded files are:

• Processed on our secure servers
• Stored temporarily for download (free: 1 hour, paid: 30 days)
• Automatically deleted after the retention period
• Never shared with third parties

5. Marketing & Communications

By using CleanSlides, you acknowledge and consent to:

• Advertising: We use Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, and other advertising platforms
• Remarketing: You may see our ads on other websites and social media platforms based on your visit
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics and similar tools to improve our service
• Cookies: We use essential, analytics, and advertising cookies (see Privacy Policy)
• Email: If you create an account, we may send service-related emails

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your browser settings or platform-specific opt-out tools.

6. Credits and Payments

CleanSlides uses a credit-based system:

• Free users receive 1 credit to try the service
• Purchased credits never expire for one-time purchases
• Refunds are available within 7 days if credits are unused
• Lifetime plans provide unlimited usage for the life of the service

7. Fair Use & Reasonable Use Policy

All plans, including Lifetime and Ultimate, are subject to fair use:

• Rate limits: Maximum 60 requests per hour, 500 per day for standard plans. API users have separate limits.
• File limits: Maximum 50MB per file, 200 pages per PDF
• Personal use: Plans are for individual use only. No account sharing or reselling access.
• No automation: Automated scripts, bots, or bulk processing requires API access (Lifetime/Ultimate only)
• No redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, or offer our service to third parties as your own
• Abuse: We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service or negatively impact other users

Lifetime Plan Specifics: "Unlimited" means reasonable personal/business use. Sustained usage exceeding 1,000 PDFs per month or patterns indicating commercial redistribution may be subject to review.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CleanSlides is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All watermarks will be perfectly removed
• The service will meet all your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanSlides and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CleanSlides from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
