- Files are processed on secure, encrypted servers
- Complete privacy — your files are never analyzed, sampled, or used in any way
- Files are stored for 30 days for your convenience (re-download anytime)
- Lifetime and Ultimate plans include permanent cloud storage
- You can request immediate deletion at any time
Why the difference? Free processing costs us money. In exchange for free service, we may use anonymized metadata to improve our algorithms. Paid users get complete privacy as part of their purchase.
