Summary: Full refund within 7 days if you haven't used any credits. Partial refunds available for unused credits on larger packs.

1. Free Trial

Every user gets 1 free credit to try CleanSlides. No payment required, no refund needed.

2. Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)

Within 7 days of purchase:

0 credits used: Full refund
Some credits used: Prorated refund for unused credits (minus processing fees)

After 7 days:

No refunds available
Credits never expire and can be used anytime

3. Lifetime Plans

Within 14 days, under 10 uses: Full refund
After 14 days or 10+ uses: No refund (you're getting lifetime value)

4. Ultimate Bundle

Within 14 days, under 10 total uses: Full refund
Partial use: Can convert to smaller plan with difference refunded

5. Technical Issues

If our service fails to process your file due to a technical error on our end:

Credit is automatically refunded to your account
No action required from you
Contact support if credit isn't restored within 24 hours

6. How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@cleanslides.app with your account email
Include your purchase date and reason for refund
We'll respond within 1-2 business days
Refunds are processed to your original payment method

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Credits already used
Requests made after the refund window
Abuse of refund policy (multiple refund requests)
Account terminated for ToS violations

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
